Dispatch
Dispatch happens 24 to 48 hours after purchase, counting business days only. Weekend and public holiday orders go out the next business day. Delivery times count from dispatch and are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
When the parcel leaves, a tracking link lands in your inbox. Nothing after 3 business days? Look in spam first, then write to contact@vantlane.com.
Customs
The UK and Norway sit outside the EU customs territory. Their authorities may charge import duties or taxes, which the recipient pays on arrival and which our prices do not include.
Changing your address
Write to us quickly: the delivery address can be changed until the order leaves. Parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout are the customer's responsibility.
Parcel problems
Tracking stuck for 7 business days, or a parcel that arrives damaged? Email contact@vantlane.com with the order number, and a photo if there's damage. We open a claim with the carrier, then reship or refund in full at our cost.
