1. Scope

These terms cover every order placed on vantlane.com, a store operated by Dabulatari LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Suite R, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, USA (contact@vantlane.com, +1 (575) 217-1195). Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we email your order confirmation. If a price is plainly wrong or an item turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

Photos show products as faithfully as possible, though color or finish can vary slightly.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in US dollars, and your bank may add a conversion fee. Pay with Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay through our secure payment provider. Vantlane never sees or stores full card numbers.

4. Delivery

Delivery is free to Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden and the UK and takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. See the Delivery page for the details.

5. Returns & cancellation

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy. EU, EEA and UK customers can also cancel within 14 days after delivery, no reason needed.

6. Warranty

What protects you is the legal guarantee of conformity set by consumer law where you live, which lasts at least two years from delivery in the EU. Vantlane does not add a separate commercial warranty.

7. Liability

We answer for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. None of this limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Personal data

Your data is handled as set out in our Privacy Notice.

9. Governing law

New Mexico law (USA) governs these terms. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of the country where they live and can bring proceedings in their local courts.
