Returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery.

Returned items need to be unused and in their original packaging, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to return
- Email contact@vantlane.com with your order number and the items you're returning.
- We send you the return address and instructions.
- Pack everything securely and ship it back.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, the refund lands on the card or wallet you paid with within 7 business days.
Cancelling under consumer law
Living in the EU, the EEA or the UK? The law also lets you cancel within 14 days after delivery, no reason needed. Nothing in this policy takes that away.
