Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden and the UK. We don't ship anywhere else.

How much is delivery?

Nothing. Delivery is free, with no minimum order.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched 24 to 48 hours after purchase (business days), then arrive 3 to 5 business days later. Those are carrier estimates.

Will I pay customs charges?

Only in the UK and Norway: the carrier may collect local import duties or taxes there.

What's the return window?

30 days, counted from delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do for returns in the first 14 days, and for any damaged, defective or wrong item. From day 15 to day 30, you do.

When do I get my money back?

Once your return arrives, you get it back on the same card or wallet within 7 business days.

How can I pay?

Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay.

What currency are prices in?

US dollars. Your bank may add a conversion fee.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, until the order leaves. Email contact@vantlane.com with your order number.

Where are the specs?

On every product page, in the Specs tab.

Which plug does the hair dryer have?

You pick an EU plug or a UK plug on the product page.

Is there a warranty?

Your consumer rights where you live apply, including the legal guarantee of conformity: at least two years from delivery in the EU.
